Formed in September 2011 at the instigation of pianist and composer Anne Quillier, this sextet brings together musicians all driven by a deep desire to explore writing and improvisation. They are inspired by personalities such as Maria Schneider, Gil Evans, Ambrose Akinmusire, Wayne Shorter, Aaron Parks, David Binney?
