L’Exil n’est pas un voyage
In partnership with Pince-Oreilles
Exile is not a journey; it is an encounter between a text written by Myriam Essayan, inspired by her grandfather’s forced exodus in 1915, and the music of Anne Quillier, Fred Roudet, and Pierre Horckmans.
There are four of them on stage. A narrator, three musicians, and voices from around the world blending together like a choir. They come together in an intimate, poetic, and powerful dialogue to express flight, fear, suffering, and reconstruction. The return to the light.
It is a human story.
It is a universal story.
It is a story.
