Groumpf + Grand CFA
Les Utopiales Festival #5
Exclusion is not just a somber struggle—it can also take on the colors of celebration. It is an opportunity to celebrate the bonds that unite us—supported individuals and professionals in the social and medico-social sectors—and to offer ourselves a shared gift that is joyful and uplifting.
Placed under the sign of encounter and discovery, this evening invites participants to explore these everyday connections, shaped by victories, surprises, and humanity.
On the program for the 5th edition of Utopiales: concerts, glitter, food stands, and an open stage.
Featuring:
Opening the night, Grand CFA, a trio connecting Brazzaville, Dakar, and Lyon, led by Richard Monségu (vocals, percussion), Magloire Mouélé (guitar, backing vocals), and Abdou Fall (bass). Their music draws on the entire African continent—the electric groove of its cities, forest spirits, and the lost harmonies of the West. Grand CFA is a unifying force, a civic trance, a radiant celebration. Because we don’t just dance the world as it is—we dance it as we dream it to be.
Defying categorization, Groumpf blends pop, electro, and rock with overflowing energy. Mixing diverse influences with a strong identity, the Lyon-based band delivers festive, uninhibited concerts where humor, power, and sharing come together. Formed in 2020, the group has continued creating (EP in 2022, album in 2024, and a debut album released in 2026), establishing itself as a distinctive presence on the Lyon music scene.
The Utopiales festival is led by members of the Social and Medico-Social Cooperation Group “Chez Soi d’Abord” (Le Mas, Oppelia Aria, Lahso, Fondation ARHM, Alynéa, and Acoléa). It is co-organized by participants and professionals involved in innovative initiatives such as La Maraude Jeune, Plan A, Zone Libre, JobCoach, Pause Diabolo, Logis Jeunes, and Un Chez Soi d’Abord.
