• WATCHDOG – FABLES – Illustrated concert
For almost seven years, Anne Quillier and Pierre Horckmans have been collaborating with illustrator Benjamin Flao. Together, they play, dream, and rebel through their stories and improvisations.
A gateway between reality and wonder, their new illustrated concert Fables humorously recounts the ups and downs of a troubled everyday life, while keeping our feet firmly planted in the stars.
• Ginger Trio
Ginger Trio offers a delicately spiced blend of jazz and pop music. Longtime collaborators, jazz musicians Gregory Sallet, Romain Baret, and Michel Molines have enriched their repertoire through their concerts. From French songs from the 1950s to the 1980s to Anglo-American pop, this diversity has allowed them to craft a unique sound, resulting in a repertoire of compositions for Jazz à Vienne in 2017 and an album released in 2020 entitled “Sélection d’épices.”
• Dordogne
Dordogne was born out of a musical bug caused by three musicians from traditional French music backgrounds who, with a taste for innovation and experimentation, explored these flaws in groove and turns, delved into math rock, and deviated from their own tradition. As it expanded, the bug became repetitive twelve-string rock, tempted by trance, caught up in techno—a struggle between acoustic and electric that resulted in a radical, wild, and mechanical sound.
