Mange Ferraille is being formed in Tours, in February 2014, the three musicians have already known each other for a while and appreciate each other in their respective approaches. It is the idea of a mechanical and pure music that brings them together. At their meeting, Etienne Ziemniak, drummer and founder of the Capsul Collectif, is active in the Jazz/Free Jazz scene (Carnalism, Electric Vocuhila, Oliba international). Thibault Florent, just arrived from Lyon, makes some waves with his prepared guitar solo (So-lo-lo). Anthony Fleury (ex-Fordamage, Seilman Bellinsky) has been criss-crossing the noise rock scene for about fifteen years. Right from the start, the trio set itself the goal of a demanding music, without artifice or frills, but nevertheless powerful and efficient. The group composes collectively, experiments, records, sorts, to obtain singular formats that try to preserve the thread of the trance without ever breaking it. They record their first record in January 2017. It is Patrice Guillerme (La Colonie de vacances / Papier Tigre) who is at the controls and Brice Kartmann who will shape the master.
