Alida

Alida, aka singer-songwriter Anne Weggeman, offers an alternative indie folk sound. Her transporting voice explores what’s hidden beneath the surface. Her lyrics evoke unspoilt melancholy from an intimate territory. Her music is inspired by the sensitive worlds of Feist, Laura Marling and Angel Olsen. Originally from the Netherlands, she has lived in Lyon since 2023. In 2021, she released her first single, Slow Motion. Her debut album FAQ was released in spring 2023. She is currently working on her second album.
