SuperMegaSuperCool Révolution

SuperMegaSuperCool Révolution is the abolition of aesthetic boundaries, psychedelic jazz without barriers or labels, reminiscent of Stereolab, Mahavishny Orchestra, and Black Midi.

SMSCR was born out of a desire to create something that doesn’t yet exist and to paint new soundscapes. The group plays with boundaries, drawing its influences from the funk-fusion scene of the 1970s, electronic music, and even punk rock.

With boundless energy and a need to break the rules, the five musicians juggle harmonic delusions, high-energy dynamics, and noisy atmospheres with self-deprecating humor.

With around forty dates under their belt, their show transcends tastes and classes to unite audiences with a crazy and electrifying stage performance straight out of the organic jungle of Villeurbanne.
