NCY Milky Band + Pablo Valentino

NCY Milky Band is the quartet of Louis Treffel, co-founder of the Nancy-based label BMM Records, accompanied by Quentin Thomas on saxophone, Antoine Léonardon on bass and Paul Lefèvre on drums. These four musicians, the last two of whom are students at the Paris Conservatoire, have already released three albums since 2020.

Often considered a UFO on the French jazz scene, the group skilfully blends jazz, fusion, prog rock, hip hop and electronica to create a unique, carefully textured mix.

Nochichi
Nochichi’s no-nonsense, no-nonsense style delivers a selection of deep, dub and other deep sounds with every turn of the decks, enveloping ravers in an ocean of low frequencies and kicks.
Co-founder and resident of safar, Nochichi’s music has already won her many awards in Lyon, as well as in Montreal, New York, Madrid and Lisbon.

Pablo Valentino
A globetrotter and vinyl collector, Pablo Valentino has been scouring the world’s dancefloors since the early 2000s. From Brazil to Japan, Colombia to Australia, he has performed at the world’s most prestigious clubs and festivals: DOUR / Belgigue, Nuits Sonores / Lyon, Robert Johnson / Offenbach, Tresor / Berlin, D-Edge / São Paulo, LUX / Lisbon, XOYO / London…

Pablo likes to break down musical boundaries and is renowned for his energetic and eclectic DJ sets, ranging from house, acid and boogie to disco, Brazilian music, jazz-funk and soul. DJ, producer and remixer under the pseudonym Creative Swing Alliance or simply Pablo Valentino.

Since 2014, Pablo has been at the helm of the hugely successful ‘Children Of The Drum’ residency, which takes place in 2 of France’s most prestigious clubs: Le Sucre in Lyon and Rex Club in Paris.
