LGTDZ turns 14 : After thousands of kilometers traveled between turntables, mics, and keyboards, the media outlet is finally getting its two-wheeler license. In other words, it’s now officially allowed to go over 25 km/h — without easing off in the sonic turbulence zones.

On November 27, the road leads straight to Le Périscope for a symbolic stopover: a full tank of jazz, hip-hop, and groove at a crossroads where improvisation, live energy, and loyalty to a scene that moves without GPS all converge. The evening promises a ride with no speed limits on style — open exchanges, unexpected detours, and one shared direction: the sound we share.

ERICA TUCCERI (AUSTRALIA)

Improvising flutist, composer, and producer, Erica Tucceri embodies the perpetual motion of Melbourne’s music scene. Praised as “Impressive” by Beat Magazine, she’s become a key collaborator for the bands redefining the Australian groove: Surprise Chef, Alexander Flood, Don Glori, Jitwam, Teymori, Close Counters, WVR BVBY, among others.

On her European tour this fall, Erica Tucceri stops by Lyon to present her music in preview, joined by Killian Rebreyend (keys), Pablo Auguste (bass), and Quentin Braine (drums).

A longtime accomplice of LGTDZ, Rose Kid already left her mark during Fête de la Musique 2023 in Lyon, before being featured on LGTDZ’s carte blanche at Jazz à Vienne 2024. Member of Grems’ jazz trio, she returns to the stage with us for another suspended moment.

Bare voice, sensitive writing, and ethereal RnB — her music breathes without artifice. Always tuned to her emotions, she crafts honest lyrics that linger gently in memory.
