My beautiful Christmas tree, king of Morvan
Café Géo

Join us on December 1 at 7 p.m. at Le Périscope for a Café Géo followed by drinks and discussion about the Lyon-based association La Géothèque.
The remarkable Adrien Baysse-Lainé will address the following questions based on his recent field research in Morvan: Where are Christmas trees grown? Who takes care of them? How do they get to our homes? And what are the geographical issues, both micro and macro, surrounding this end-of-year holiday staple?
Then at 8:30 p.m. — for those who are interested — we will invite you to discuss the future of the Lyon Cafés Géo association, which is in need of a breath of fresh air.
