Montañita

Melodies that float like in a waking dream, old-fashioned effects enveloping a melody as if weightless. Guitars holding their breath, carrying melancholy, all carried by three voices that become one, taking malicious pleasure in spreading their spleen as an ideal.

This is how we could sum up the music of Montañita, a young band from Clermont-Ferrand, some of whose members are familiar to us (Sink Deeper, Niandra Lades, Dragon Rapide…), and who will delight fans of Slowdive, Beach House and Sparklehorse.
