Julie Normal

Julie Normal is one of the few performers of the ondes Martenot, an electronic instrument that has been part of the orchestra since the 1930s. The ethereal sound of this keyboard, evoking both the underwater world and the human voice, conjures up all kinds of mental images when listened to. A graduate of the Strasbourg Conservatory, Julie performs solo and in small ensembles, with her favourite fields being film music and sound baths.
