Deep Triskell

Maxime Primault, mostly know for Black Zone Myth Chant (BZMC), has always enjoyed creative different project, and has just created a new one in 2025 : Deep Triskell. With Deep Triskell he gets back to hypnotic and repetitive music, reminding of his debut moniker High Wolf, mixing various influences such as celtic traditional music (mostly the dissonant droney elements), dub vibes, psychedelic noise, even metal, altogether for long trance-inducing pieces.

Since 2015 Maxime has released several records with BZMC, exploring experimental dub-club-trap, mostly on Low Jack’s label Editions Gravats but also Shelter Press and Natural Sciences. Before that was High Wolf (2009-2015), mostly affiliated with Not Not Fun records at the time.  IN 2022 Maxime has co-founded the Scorpion Métal collective and released « JAMAGWAI » in 2023, the first album on Scorpion’s label, and his latest output. 

Deep Triskell debut album will be released on Editions Gravats (winter 2025-2026) picture by Pernette Houdaye  DEEP TRISKELL  Over the years Maxime Primault has played in many festivals, clubs and venues around the world including Unsound festival (PL), CTM festival (DL), Cafe Oto (UK), Kantine am Berghain (DE), Villette Sonique (FR), Salon des Amateurs (DE), Golden Pudel (DE), Lente Kabinet (NL), Visions (FR), Maintenant Festival (FR), META (FR), SXSW (USA), Superdeluxe (JAP), Strange Sounds From Beyond (NL), Cave 12 (CH), Fusion Festival (DE), Flow Festival (FL), SKIF festival (RU), Commend (USA), Novas Frequencias (Brazil), INASOUND (fr) etc

Maxime Primault was a member of the European program SHAPE platform in the year 2017.
