A seeker of sounds and flows that are out of the ordinary, slmvx began her journey with a desire to share, to introduce others to new music and, above all, to showcase the people around her.

It was in Dublin that she took her first steps behind the decks in 2022, with techno. Back in France, she refined her musical identity by incorporating UK influences such as bass, garage, break and jungle, whilst exploring footwork, dubstep and hyperpop. A fan of rap, electronic music and anything worth listening to, whether closely or from afar, the blending of genres lies at the heart of her world and is her main source of inspiration.

As president of Two Rivers, a Lyon-based hip-hop association, and a committed figure on the city’s cultural scene, she has pursued a clear objective since her early days: to fulfil her primary mission as a DJ, introducing her audience to new sounds and artists. In line with this, she now supports artists on stage and is involved in projects that promote the sharing and spotlighting of the local scene.

Her motto: never set yourself limits, juggle between unknown sounds and chart-toppers, and keep mixing to your heart’s content.
