LI$ON

A rising star on the Lyon hip-hop scene, Li$on blends cloud rap and R&B with remarkable ease. Drawing on American influences ranging from Avril Lavigne to Fall Out Boy and Linkin Park, she initially grew up listening to rock before devoting herself fully to hip-hop.

It was a trilogy created alongside producer Taemintekken that brought her to prominence in 2021: 5150, 5150 pt.II and The Great Shift. Passionate about art in all its forms, she makes visual aesthetics a cornerstone of her artistic project, extending through images what she explores through sound.

Beyond her sonic, sensory and spiritual musings, her lyrics tackle subjects close to her heart: human existence, love, hate, respect for living beings, emancipation, light in the darkness, and the various personal battles we all face.
