Zone Bleue

Zone Bleue is one of Amédée De Murcia’s solo projects. Zone Bleue explores a minimalist universe that evokes a synthetic orchestra in the throes of intense emotional turmoil, a musical interpretation of the blue sky against a computer backdrop, an improbable children’s bedroom atmosphere created by the touching naivety of machines attempting to imitate the warmth of trumpets, accordions or the human voice. Steve Reich’s temporal imprints and Raymond Scott’s reverie take the listener surfing on waves of lapis lazuli and ultramarine, plunging deep into a zone of scattered twilight.
